Continuing education program
In the service of the helping relationship
A professional and personal development training program in the service of health
in support of students, professionals, executives responsible for teams
in the social, physical and psychological health fields, companions and therapists in the field of care.
Thematic and/or tailor-made continuing education
for a new vision of your professional practice, for self-respect and for relationships with others, support for old age, support for bereavement, support for illness.
FROM VIOLENCE TO KINDNESS: PREVENTION INSTEAD OF DEFENDING
Violence from patients towards employees.
Anticipating physical, verbal and psychological violence, protecting yourself from it before defending yourself allows you to stay away from mistreatment, prevent it and discover resources to protect yourself from it and deal with its repercussions in your professional practice, for yourself and with your colleagues.
LIVING AND COLLABORATION TOGETHER
Live, Be, Create, Together: I am with me, with you, with us.
Beyond their hierarchical function and role within the institution, employees are above all men and women who want to live their professional lives in harmony with their values, their personal challenges and the meaning of their commitment.
Meeting in these themes and recognizing oneself in one's individuality is an opportunity to connect with the other in the recognition of the value of the other in "working together".
FROM SELF-RESPECT TO RESPECT FOR OTHERS , IT'S NOW!
Approach harassment as an opportunity to transform the way we look at others, intimacy, dignity, respect for the personal sphere and to develop resources before, during and after the event in order to limit the impact on the employee and on the teams.
GRIEF
Transform absence into Presence through life.
Encountering grief in the professional environment is a call to reconnect with life, to join forces with colleagues, to create spaces for contemplation and rituals for the bereaved and for employees affected by what this has awakened in their own relationship with death.
Welcoming death within an institution, a department is an opportunity to honor the deceased person, their story, their passage in our lives and the trace left on each of the collaborators. It is an opportunity to update what is essential, the relationship with others and vulnerability within institutions, care teams.
